New Year’s Eve at Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen

The New Year’s Eve menu is set! The 4-course menu includes 3-4 choices on each course to appease all appetites.  Lobster-lovers will be in seventh heaven while first-time diners will get a chance to try the classics for which AMIK is known. We are excited to have you celebrate with us!

FIRST COURSE | to begin
A| M Salad
farm greens, buffalo mozzarella, balsamic reduction, shallot vinaigrette, tomato confit

Beef Tartare
potato, roast garlic, dijon, mustard flower, parmesan vichssois

Trotter Cake
lobster sugo, winter citrus, hazlenuts, fennel

Chestnut Zuppa
brussels sprouts, juniper oil, confit duck
