Swine and Wine 2013
February 8th and 9th, 2013
$100 per person plus tax and tip
February is almost here, and with that, it’s time for our annual Swine & Wine dinner. This year’s dates are Friday, February 8th and Saturday, February 9th, 2013.
Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the annual two-night-only event utilizes every aspect of the pig, combing new techniques with exciting beverage pairings to showcase the powerful flavors of the hog.
Each evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6:00 pm, at which guests are encouraged to mingle with fellow porcine devotees. Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. and showcases eight courses of nose-to-tail pork dining. Paired with a beverage for each course, the price is $100 per person, plus tax and tip.
The inspiration for the dinners developed during the restaurant’s first year, from Andy and Michael’s desire to showcase the exceptional heritage breed Berkshire pork of Mr. Mark Newman from Newman Farm in Myrtle, Missouri. This year’s menu promises to celebrate the ‘whole hog’ philosophy practiced year-round by the chefs over two nights especially focused on the Pig.
Guests are encouraged to make reservations early, as previous years have sold out in advance. Reservations can be made by calling 901-347-3569 (credit card required.)
We look forward to seeing everyone at Swine and Wine 2013!
