Swine and Wine 2014
Friday, February 7 and Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
$100/person + tax, tip, and beer and cocktails

February approaches and it’s time for our annual Swine & Wine dinner, our most anticipated dinner of the year. Now in its fifth year, this dinner pays tribute to the very special relationship our chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman have developed with Newman Farm and their amazing heritage breed Berkshire pigs.
This year, we have two very special guests joining us for the event. Chef Levon Wallace of Proof on Main in Louisville will collaborate with our chefs in the kitchen. Chef Wallace’s unique focus on the seasonal, organic farming of the Ohio River Valley as an homage to his second home in Louisville perfectly compliments the philosophy of our own chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman.¬†Our second special guest, David Faulkner, represents Craft & Estate importers. His portfolio offers exciting, new wines to pair with each course.
The menu will include six courses, each course paired with wine. Guests are invited to arrive at 6:00 p.m. for a cocktail if they would like, with dinner starting promptly at 7:00 p.m. The meal costs $100 per person with tax, gratuity, and cocktails and beer in addition. Credit Card numbers are required to secure the reservations, and a $25 Cancellation Fee will be charged without 48 hours notice. Be sure to get your reservations soon, as Swine & Wine is our most anticipated event and sells out quickly. Reservations can only be made by phone, at (901)347-3569.
